2. Conclusion of the contract
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and that your transaction has been authorised. Before submitting your order, the ordering process ("Preview") offers you the chance to check all the details again (e.g. name, address, payment method, and items ordered) and make changes if necessary.

If paying by bank or Credit Card via PayPal your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. We cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques and are not responsible for loss.

All of our jewelry is custom made when you order and we ask that you allow several days for us to complete your order before shipping. Please note that we will make every attempt to complete your order as soon as possible. On average, a silver design will take 5 -7 working days and gold 10 - 12 working days (Receipt of payment). Certain  designs may require a loger working time and some less time. For engraved and enamelled jewelry, please allow an extra 10 - 12 working days after (Receipt of payment).

5. Delivery Charges: We despatch our products by German Postal Service.
Where goods are shipped abroad, the customer may be responsible for payment of local taxes & duties where applicable.

All international orders are shipped by Airmail.
Postage costs for items shipping to countries outsiede the EU (rest of the world) based on the actual postage costs

6. Shipping outside of Germany:
We ship to all countries. Our standard shipping costs listed on our website are for Germany only. For all other destinations your shipping costs will be calculated once your order is received. The prices provided do not include any customs, duties or taxes that may occur once the parcel arrives in your country.

You must have both a shipping address and a credit card billin address to place an order, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes addresses or to APO/FPO addresses.

7. Delivery:
It is our intention to make the delivery of your product as hassle free as possible. In order to achieve this we will contact you and will notify you at the time of despatch  Customers should be aware that the German Postal Service used by Tiermotivschmuck.com are independent and as such delivery times and dates may vary beyond our control. Whilst every effort is made to minimise these risks, Tiermotivschmuck.com. cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on a specified date agreed between the customer and Tiermotivschmuck.com.

8. Reservation of ownership
All goods remain unqualified property of Tiermotivschmuck.com until payment has been received in full.

9. Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties:
These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.

10. Value Added Tax (VAT):
Tiermotivschmuck.com is VAT registered, 19% Tax is included in every price.

11. Confirmation of Despatch:
Confirmation of despatch of orders will not be sent unless specifically requested.

While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Tiermotivschmuck.com.

All complaints will be acknowledged within  two working day. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.

The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with German law, excluding UN-commerce law, even when ordering from or delivering to a country other than Germany. All points of these terms and conditions remain valid, even if one of the above points is invalid. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and recommend that you should look through them on a regular basis.

Modifications, supplements or amendments to these General Terms and Conditions must be in writing. If a provision of the agreement or these General Terms and Conditions becomes ineffective, the remaining provisions of the agreement and these General Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision is deemed invalid or void, this will not mean that the entire agreement or all of these General Terms and Conditions are void. In the event that any provisions are deemed invalid or void, the parties to the agreement shall agree to replace or reinterpret such invalid or void provisions with provisions that most closely fulfill the intent and purpose as well as the desired business objective of the provisions permitted under the agreement and these General Terms and Conditions. This also applies in the event that it is necessary to close any loopholes that might arise in the agreement or these General Terms and Conditions. The place of performance and the place of jurisdiction for both parties to the agreement is the place of business of Tiermotivschmuck.com, unless otherwise required by law. The agreement and these General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any services rendered outside of the Federal Republic of Germany are also governed by German law. The terms and conditions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods signed on April 11, 1980 in Vienna, Austria do not apply.

Note: The German language version of these General Terms and Conditions shall be the version used in the event any dispute arises hereunder. The English translation of these General Terms and Conditions is for convenience only and shall not be used by the parties or any court when interpreting or construing these General Terms and Conditions.

16. Identity of the contracting partner
Any contract entered into is concluded with Tiermotivschmuck.com unless specifically stated otherwise.
