RETURNS and REFUNDS
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt in new condition.
(The return does not exist for customers from USA)

We realize that it is often difficult to purchase an item without actually seeing it in person.
We are so confident that you will be totally pleased with your jewelry  that if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied we
will happily issue you a  refund (less shipping). Be sure to insure your return in case of loss or  damage in transit.

Please note: custom design jewelry, photo engraved jewelry, rings in customer size, engraved jewelry, 
Custom Hand-Painted jewelry after your photo, Wristwatch with your own photo, special offers and enameled jewelry,
are not returnable.
Please note that all jewelry pieces are made ​​of solid gold custom made for you - are not returnable.

How do I return an item? 

To return an purchased good to us:
Send a written return request including a copy of the original invoice
within 14 days of receipt to us:

REFUNDS
If  your return request of a purchased good is valid, the purchasing  contract becomes by this canceled and you will be
refunded only once the purchased goods have been returned to us. Should the goods show signs  of use or damage
on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation. No refund can be greater than the price of the good at the
time it was ordered. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same  method of payment as used to place the order.
Refuns must be made within 30 days, the time limit begins for you when  you send your cancellation or the good,
for us, with their reception.
